You Choose Your Child's Therapist
The short answer: Most ABA providers assign a therapist to your family. We include you in the selection. You meet candidates, ask questions, and decide who comes into your home and works with your child.
Why we do it this way
A therapist is going to be in your living room several days a week, working closely with your child, learning your family's routines. Fit isn't a soft consideration — it's a clinical one. A child who trusts their therapist engages faster and progresses further.
As our own materials put it:
While most companies will randomly assign you a therapist, we prefer to include you in that process of selection.
How it works
After your assessment, we identify Registered Behavior Technicians whose experience, schedule, and personality suit your child's needs. You meet them. You ask whatever you want. You tell us who you'd like, and that's who you get.
And consistency after that
Your child will have designated staff who build real relationships and understand your family. We do not send unfamiliar therapists into your home. Consistency matters, and we treat it as a standard rather than a courtesy.
Who supervises them
Your Registered Behavior Technician runs sessions. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees your child's program — supervising sessions, reviewing data, updating goals, and meeting with you. Supervision follows best practices and exceeds minimum standards wherever possible.
